Two main reasons. First, we've designed something better in the same category — a slimmer version, a more comfortable backing, a refined shape — and we're moving the original out to make room for the new one. Second, we're shifting our focus and want to clear pieces from categories we're not actively expanding anymore.
In both cases, the pieces here are still good. Same materials, same construction, same care. They're just no longer where the brand is headed long-term.
When you see a piece here, it means: this exact piece, this exact design, won't be made again. We might design something inspired by it later, but with changes. We might use the same theme (opal, celestial, floral) in future pieces, but not this specific one.
So if you've had your eye on something in this collection — it's genuinely now or never. We don't restock retired pieces.
Sale = pieces we're still making, just discounted right now (might return at full price later). Last Chance = pieces we're not making anymore, period (won't come back at any price).
Some pieces are in both — being retired and discounted at the same time. Those are the best deals on the site, and they sell out fastest.
Most last-chance pieces are discounted (20-40% off, sometimes more) to move them out faster. Some are at full price if we feel the design holds its value — we'd rather sell at full price than rush it.
