    CITIMI ships worldwide. Every order is dispatched with a tracking number, and you'll receive an e-mail with delivery details after ordering.

    Processing & delivery time

    Your total delivery time is processing time plus shipping time. Standard shipping windows after dispatch are approximate:

    • Italy — 3–5 working days
    • EU — 4–7 working days
    • UK, Switzerland, Norway — 5–9 working days
    • US & Canada — 7–14 working days
    • Rest of world — 10–20 working days

    All delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping courier and cannot be guaranteed. Orders shipping outside of the EU may be subject to courier and/or local customs delays.

    Shipping costs

    • Free domestic shipping on all Italian orders over 250€
    • Free international shipping on all orders over 250€

    An Express shipping upgrade is available at checkout. Note: except in exceptional cases, if the standard shipping price for your delivery address exceeds 10 EUR. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

    Customs duties & import taxes

    • European Union — No. For all EU customers, prices include VAT and there are no customs duties between EU countries.
    • United States — No. All orders shipped to the US are delivered duty paid (DDP). We handle all import duties and taxes for you — you'll never receive a surprise customs bill, and the price at checkout is the final price.
    • United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Canada, Australia, rest of world: You may be charged import duties, VAT, or handling fees by your local customs authority upon delivery. These charges are not included in our prices and are the customer's responsibility. The exact amount depends on your country's import rules and the value of your order; we recommend checking your local customs website if you're unsure.

    We are not responsible for customs fees or import taxes. If a package is refused for any reason, the customer is responsible for reaching out to us and arranging redelivery. We will not refund an order that is refused on delivery or not picked up.

    P.O. boxes

    UPS Express does not deliver to P.O. boxes. If UPS Express is selected and the delivery address is a PO box, the order will be shipped with the closest standard option. No refunds or adjustments on shipping will be provided.

    Pre-orders / made-to-order

    Pre-order items typically ship within 3–4 weeks of the order date. When you purchase a pre-order item, your card is charged, but the order is not fulfilled until the item is in stock. If your order includes both pre-ordered and in-stock items, the entire order ships together once the pre-ordered item arrives. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled. To receive in-stock items sooner, place your pre-orders as a separate order.
