All shipping costs are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for customs fees or import taxes. If a package is refused for any reason, the customer is responsible for reaching out to us and attempting to have it delivered again. We will not refund a customer if their order is refused on delivery or not picked up.
UPS Express does not deliver to P.O. boxes. If an order is placed with UPS Express delivery and the delivery address is a PO box, the order will be shipped with the closest standard option. No refunds or adjustments on shipping will be provided.
Please note all delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping courier and cannot be guaranteed. All orders shipping outside of the EU may be subject to courier and/or local customs delays.
Typically, pre-order items ship within 3–4 weeks of the order date. When you purchase a pre-order item, your card will be charged, but your order will not be fulfilled until we get it in stock.
If your order includes both pre-ordered and regular items, the entire order will ship together once we receive the pre-ordered item in stock.
Pre-orders cannot be cancelled.
If you would like your pre-orders shipped separately from products that are in stock, please place 2 separate orders.
Your total delivery time is processing time + shipping time.
CITIMI accepts returns that are initiated within 14 days of order delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. Items must be returned unworn and in the same condition as they were received, in their original packaging.
All returns must be authorised by our customer service — they will provide you with the correct return address and an authorization number. It is the client's responsibility to send the items back using reliable, trackable post to make sure they are not lost on the way back. Items sent without the return authorization or to a wrong address will not be accepted.
Once the return arrives at our office, it will be inspected and the refund will be issued as store credit that you'll be able to use.
Rings made to the customer's specific size are considered custom-made items. Therefore, they are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference, unless the item is defective or does not match the confirmed order details.
