Sterling silver pieces are made to last—and with proper care, they can even be passed down for generations. We actually encourage you to wear your silver every day! The more you wear it, the less maintenance it needs.

Occasionally, silver may tarnish due to exposure to air, salt, or sulfur-containing products—that’s totally normal. And don’t worry, it can always be cleaned and restored to its shine.

To keep your pieces looking their best, we recommend removing them before showering, swimming, or working out. Contact with perfumes, lotions, and hair products can affect the finish, so try to avoid direct exposure.

Please also avoid harsh chemicals like bleach, oils, and jewelry cleaners, as they can damage the coating.

For storage, keep your jewelry in a CITIMI dust bag, a sealed plastic bag, or a soft fabric pouch to help maintain its shine ✨

• If an item is available for pre-order, it will always be indicated on the product page. Typically, made-to-order items ship within 3-4 weeks of order date.
• When you purchase a made-to-order item, your card will be charged but your order will not be fulfilled until when your made-to-order item will be ready.
• If your order includes both made-to-order and regular items, the entire order will ship together once when your made-to-order item will be ready.
• Pre-orders / made-to-order cannot be cancelled.

All of our items are carefully packaged. All items are thoroughly inspected prior to shipping. However, in the unfortunate case that an item is damaged while shipping, we will happily assist you in resolving this matter.
