We at CITIMI want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
You may return or exchange your CITIMI Jewelry within 14 days after you receive your product and we will issue a refund minus the shipping charge. Returns and exchanges are only accepted for unworn, unaltered items in original packaging with no tags removed.
Please Note: All sale items are final sale, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit. Earrings are non-returnable due to official sanitary norms.
Items marked Special/Custom/Personalised Order may not be returned.
Please contact our Customer Service Department at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Authorization Number (a return can not be processed without obtaining a Return Authorization Number first).
When shipping your return or exchange, include your name, address, phone number and e mail address. Please package your item securely. Return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the customer. For returns on items that were shipped using our free shipping option, you will be credited the purchase price of the item less any shipping & insurance charges we incurred to ship your order. Customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on any bounced or undeliverable packages. Shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the individual. Please note that all authorized returns must be sent to our special address that our Customer Service will provide to you along with Return Authorization Number. Do not simply ship item to our legal address.
Your credit card or PayPal will be credited the total amount, minus the cost of shipping.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
