CITIMI jewelry is made to be worn — daily, not kept for special occasions. Every piece is checked before it leaves our studio, and we stand behind how it is made.

All CITIMI jewelry is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing faults.

If an item arrives faulty, or a genuine manufacturing fault appears in normal wear, write to us at info@citimijewelry.com with your order number and a photo. We will look at it and find the right solution — usually a repair or a replacement.

What is not covered

Everyday wear is not a fault

Jewellery lives on the body. The warranty does not cover:

• General wear and tear
• Thinning or loss of plating over time
• Scratches and dents
• Bent or misshapen rings, cuffs and ear cuffs
• Damage from impact, snagging or force
• Lost items, including lost piercing ends and backs
• Any piece altered, resized or repaired by someone other than us

Hygiene

For hygiene reasons, piercing jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged once the sealed pouch has been opened, unless the piece is faulty.

Loss and theft

If a piece goes missing

The warranty does not cover loss, misplacement or theft. If an item is lost due to a suspected fault that was not reported to us before the loss occurred, we are unable to provide a replacement under warranty.

We recommend contacting your home, contents or travel insurance provider directly. If you need a proof of purchase for a claim, write to us and we will send it.

This warranty is offered in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer and does not limit them.
